Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP), also referred to as a “Q,” is responsible for managing authorized services provided to participants. He/she will be familiar with the individual goals of our participants. Also, the Q supervises the direct care worker that provides the one-on-one service to run goals. Each Q is highly-trained and has many years of direct care experience.

Any changes to schedules, arrangements for respite, questions about services or other concerns should be coordinated through our Q staff. Each participant has a primary Q, however, anyone on our Q staff is ready to help. You have several options to contact our Q staff -- via phone, via EMAIL, or stop by our offices anytime during office hours 8:00am to 5:30pm.

After hours, you may leave a confidential message in a Q’s voicemail. To use the voicemail, call the main HarvestWorks telephone number (704) 487-7777 and dial the Q’s extension listed above.
